Signing in
The app signs you in with the phone number the shop already has on your account — no password. Enter the number and we text you a six-digit code.
- The code never arrived. Wait a few seconds and tap Resend. Check that the number you typed is the one you gave the counter.
- "No orders" after signing in. That usually means the shop has your orders under a different phone number. Call us and we will merge them.
- Signed out unexpectedly. Just sign in again — your orders are on the account, not the phone.
Notifications
Tap the gear icon in the app to choose how we reach you. Push alerts are free and instant. If you turn push off we turn order-ready texts back on so you don't miss a pickup — you can turn those off too.
If push alerts say "Turn on in Settings," iOS is blocking them: open the iPhone Settings app, find Brite Kleen, and allow Notifications.
Paying in the app
Open an order and tap Pay. Cards are processed by Square; we never see or store your card number. Cash price and card price are both shown before you pay — the cash price is a discount for paying with currency at the counter, and nothing is ever added to a card price.
If a payment fails, nothing is charged. Try again or pay at the counter.
Signing out and deleting your account
Tap the gear icon and scroll to the bottom of Settings.
- Sign Out ends the session on this phone. Your orders are untouched and you can sign back in any time.
- Delete Account permanently removes your app account — sessions, notification registration and preferences, and any messages you sent through the app.
Details of what is and isn't removed are in the Privacy Policy. You can also ask us to delete it for you by phone or email.
